Building permit granted for alternative project - Riva remains Plan A

Today, Arbon's city council granted building permission for a four-storey alternative project in standard construction at the current Metropol site. HRS's Plan A remains the Riva, which will be voted on by the Arbon population in June. The alternative project will go ahead if the Riva is rejected at the ballot box.
