Coop | Topping out

Yesterday we had the pleasure of celebrating the topping-out ceremony with everyone involved in the project and especially with the workers who carried out the work.
Construction sites of conversions are always a nice challenge, as unexpected events or moments of surprise often occur, and this site was no exception.
Solutions for structural reinforcements had to be found at short notice in order to meet the handover of the building to COOP for the execution of the technical installations.
Currently, work on the exterior is in full swing so that the final acceptance and opening of the shop can take place in March 2023.
We thank the project team for their commitment and flexibility.
