A lively residential quarter for the people of Davos

A new home for locals is being built on the site of the former Davos Valbella high-altitude clinic. The municipality of Davos and the real estate developer HRS have worked out an innovative neighbourhood concept in partnership. A partial revision of the zoning plan is necessary for its implementation, and the population is expected to be able to express its opinion on this in the summer.
