Ground-breaking ceremony for residential and commercial neighbourhood AM SCHÄNZLI

Yesterday, Wednesday, the ground-breaking ceremony for the forward-looking residential and commercial quarter AM SCHÄNZLI in Muttenz took place - with the active participation of Cantonal Councillor Thomi Jourdan, Mayor Franziska Stadelmann and representatives of HRS and the client Swisscanto Investment Foundation.

AM SCHÄNZLI, a forward-looking neighbourhood with three striking high-rise buildings and a total of 385 rental flats, is being built on the former Hagnau Ost site. The sustainable urban development project, which will be realised in several stages, combines living, working and leisure, creating an attractive location in the border triangle.

HRS is the project developer and total contractor.
