Les Sauvabelines | Foundation stone ceremony

The weather conditions of the day did not prevent the celebration of the foundation stone laying ceremony on the Sauvabelines construction site in Lausanne, in the company of all the stakeholders of the project.
This complex, consisting of two buildings under construction to the Minergie standard, replaces halls and workshops demolished at the beginning of the year. It comprises 51 flats ranging from 1.5 to 4.5 rooms, as well as a 38-space car park in the basement equipped with electric charging stations. Energy is produced by a geothermal probe heat pump and photovoltaic panels on the roofs.
Tenants will be able to move in as early as February 2024.
