HRS Holding AG has elected Andreas Rickenbacher, a former Berne Cantonal Councillor, as a new member of the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors now consists of seven members.
With the election of the former Berne Cantonal Councillor Andreas Rickenbacher the Board of Directors of HRS Holding AG is expanding to include seven members. Following the recent Board of Directors expansion to include Barend Fruithof, HRS Holding AG is pleased to strengthen the company once again with the election of Andreas Rickenbacher. The various areas of competence of the individual board members and the broad network in all regions of Switzerland are key features of the HRS Board of Directors. The latest board expansion puts HRS Holding AG in a good position for a challenging future in a dynamic environment.
Andreas Rickenbacher The 48-year-old Andreas Rickenbacher studied at the universities of St.Gallen and Berne and has a master's degree in economics and political science. During his term on Berne Cantonal Council, Rickenbacher, who is a businessman and member of the SP party, headed the Department of Economic Affairs of the canton of Berne from 2006 to 2016. In addition, he was president of the Swiss Cantonal Directors of Economic Affairs from 2014 until he stepped down. Following his resignation from the Berne Cantonal Council on 30 June 2016, Andreas Rickenbacher returned to the private sector and founded the company Andreas Rickenbacher Management AG. This company offers services in the areas of strategy and management, primarily at the intersection of the private economy and public administration and politics. The company also supports start-ups.

Wettstein, Civil Engineering graduate, ETH, PhD in Technology, ETH, from Freienbach, board member; Barend Fruithof, Executive MBA, HSG, from Feldmeilen, board member; Andreas Rickenbacher, Master of Science (M Sc) from Jens, board member.
