HRS Holding Ltd has appointed the successful Swiss banker Barend Fruithof to the Board of Directors effective 1 May 2016. Barend Fruithof is an important new addition to the board. The HRS Board of Directors now consists of six members.
The Board of Directors of HRS Holding Ltd was expanded by one additional member effective 1 May 2016. The new board member is the renowned Swiss banker Barend Fruithof. The 49-year-old finance specialist has an Executive MBA from the HSG St.Gallen and is a member of the Executive Board of Bank Julius Baer, head of Switzerland & Global Custody. Previously, he was head of Corporate and Institutional Clients and a member of the Executive Board of Credit Suisse Switzerland. With his many years of experience in the Swiss financial market, Fruithof will make a valuable contribution to further strengthening the company in his capacity as a Board member. ETH from Freienbach, board member; Barend Fruithof, Executive MBA HSG from Feldmeilen, board member.
