At the beginning of December, HRS submitted the building application for the construction project on the former Stöcklin industrial site in the municipalities of Reinach and Aesch in the canton of Basel-Landschaft. The official publication will take place in the next few days. Once production has been relocated, the site is to become a lively quarter with flats, services and commercial premises. The site, with a plot area of around 35,000 square metres, is in a prime location, directly on the banks of the River Birs and within walking distance of the historic centre of Dornachbrugg. The proximity to Dornach-Arlesheim railway station and the Reinach-Süd motorway junction ensure good transport connections. In line with the two municipal areas, the site will in future be called the Aere housing estate. The website ae-re.ch will now publish up-to-date information on the project. From mid-December, information on the condominium towers will be available on the website maxtowers.ch. Reservation of the flats will be possible from spring 2021.
