The "Solitaire" high-rise building in Horw has been certified in accordance with the Swiss Sustainable Building Standard (SNBS 2.0 - Silver).
This young label is committed to sustainability from a holistic perspective and aims to include the needs of society, the economy and the environment equally and comprehensively in planning, construction and operation. The entire life cycle of a property is considered, from planning and realisation to operation. The SNBS was developed as a joint product of business and the public sector.
The 14-storey building on Horw's Bahnhofplatz was realised in 2016-19 by HRS as a total contractor on behalf of ASGA Pensionskasse Genossenschaft from St. Gallen.
