Web Stöcklin Gesamtareal

Things are moving forward on the Stöcklin site in the municipalities of Reinach and Aesch: HRS and the Turidomus real estate investment foundation acquired the site on April 29, 2020, together with the district plan, which has been legally binding since the end of January 2020.

After the relocation of production, a new, lively quarter with apartments, services and commerce is to be created on the former industrial site. The site, with a plot area of around 35,000 square metres, is in a prime location, directly on the banks of the River Birs and within walking distance of the historic centre of Dornachbrugg.

HRS will build approx. 120 condominiums in two of the three residential towers. Turidomus will rent out its approx. 140 apartments as well as service and commercial space. Part of the site will remain in the possession of Stöcklin AG for the time being. At a later date, it will be sold to Senevita AG, which will operate a retirement and nursing home there. The buildings for Turidomus and Senevita will also be developed, planned and realized by HRS.

The building projects are currently being planned together with four renowned architectural firms. The submission of the building applications is planned for this year. HRS will begin selling the condominiums in winter. The start of construction depends on the duration of the building permit procedure, currently it is planned for 2021.
