A few days ago, HRS was able to hand over the Residenza Step Tower - formerly Valle Maggia Center - in Locarno to the client, CS Asset Management (Schweiz) AG.
The project consists of two separate residential buildings with a total of 44 apartments and also houses the branch of a retailer, offices and storage space. The north tower comprises six floors, the south tower three. The attic apartment in the north tower is surrounded by a planted area and offers a view as far as Lake Maggiore. All units are equipped with digital controls that can be operated via smartphone. The apartment doors have digital locks, and communication with the property management can also be done digitally. In terms of sustainability and energy efficiency, Step Tower meets the Minergie and Greenproperty standards.
HRS would like to thank the owner for the good cooperation and is pleased that it was possible to realize a compact structure here that makes optimum use of the available space and integrates itself confidently but also harmoniously into the neighborhood.
