Official handover of keys to Grand-Pré

HRS is delighted to have been able to officially hand over the keys of the two new buildings to Patrimonium Investment Foundation yesterday.
After 22 months of construction work, the 76 apartments, linked by an underground parking lot, are now occupied by their new tenants.
Located in the heart of the dynamic Malley district, these buildings offer a modern and comfortable living environment, close to public transport and shops.
HRS congratulates the project team on the success of this project, as well as its various partners for their collaboration throughout this adventure, and warmly thanks the project owner for the excellent relations maintained throughout the construction period.
