Côté Gare

In 2011, HRS acquired the Kindlimann site in Bussigny and part of the neighboring Edipresse Lausanne SA (now Tamedia) property to create a mixed-use development (apartments, offices, commerce). The project comprises two zones with a total of 41,000 square meters of living space. There are also parking spaces, offices and stores facing the street. The project is characterized by its compactness and many open spaces that can be planted. The 470 apartments are designed in different ways to promote a mix of generations. The sustainability aspect was also a key factor, as represented by Minergie-P, geothermal probes and heat pumps, for example. With "Côté Gare", a small village with stores, restaurants, a pharmacy, etc. is being created for the residents. Last but not least, there will even be a neighborhood house offering various activities.
