Conversion and renovation of a 4-star business hotel in the centre of Zurich. Redesign of the glass/metal façade on the ground floor, lobby, foyer and bar. Partial renovation of room floors. A new escape route concept had to be implemented: new escape doors and new escape routes via a steel staircase into the courtyard. Adaptation of in-house technology to fulfil current requirements.
