Leonhard Steinengraben 30-36

Construction of two buildings, with the main building comprising entrances 28 to 36. It includes administrative areas providing around 200 workplaces, as well as high-end apartments on the two upper floors. The adjoining building, the Hôtel de Ville, comprises 11 apartments. An inner courtyard will be landscaped as a park. The project is completed by an underground car park with 29 parking spaces.

The existing building on the street corner was stripped back, converted down to its structural shell and connected to the new part of the building, creating a single coherent building volume.
