A garden for different ways of living
The four buildings that make up the “Les Jardins de la Venoge” complex are located in the municipality of Saint-Sulpice, just a few minutes away from the shores of Lake Geneva and close to the École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL) and the University of Lausanne. Instead of a traditional four-cornered structure, the architects have opted for a less rectangular design to give the façades a more dynamic appearance. The flagship development, which features 20 rental apartments, consists of two buildings under condominium ownership, each with nine apartments, and a flower-shaped building housing an apart-hotel without a reception.

A smart hotel with no reception
The apart-hotel boasts 60 studio apartments and hotel rooms with kitchenettes and WCs, conference rooms, a gym and a laundry room. Business professionals and students can rent studios or hotel rooms here for a day, a month or even a year. Customers choose the room they want online and once they have paid they receive a code enabling them to access the building and their room. Each building meets Minergie label standards and is equipped with its own gas heating and simple ventilation system. Solar thermal and photovoltaic panels have been installed on all the roofs.
