L'Orée

L’Orée creates a new, vibrant ensemble in Crissier, characterised by a broad mix of uses. The project comprises 421 residential units as well as spaces for offices, services, workshops, shops and a school.

The different functions are carefully integrated, creating a versatile environment for living, working, learning and interaction. The office, service, workshop, retail and school areas will be handed over in a semi-finished state, offering a high degree of flexibility for future fit-out and the specific needs of future users.

The differentiated architecture and varied façades give the project its own distinctive identity. At the same time, the uniformly planned technical installations ensure efficient and functional implementation across the overall development.
