Quartier Nord EPFL

Located on the ETH Lausanne campus in Ecublens, Quartier Nord is a multifunctional urban development combining research, education, housing and services. The project creates a vibrant district with modern infrastructure and a high quality of life at the heart of the university environment.

The development includes the Swisstech Convention Center, student housing, a hotel, commercial areas and direct access to the M1 metro line. With its distinctive architecture, the Convention Center serves as a central venue for events, conferences and international exchanges.

The residential component offers a total of 516 student beds, including studios and shared apartments, providing modern and functional living spaces for students. The district is further complemented by a parking facility with 275 parking spaces as well as various service and retail areas.

By combining mobility, education, hospitality and urban living, Quartier Nord represents an innovative development project with both regional and international significance.
