The Zimmer project in Winterthur involved a comprehensive renovation and expansion of Zimmer GmbH’s European headquarters. The goal of the project was to adapt existing office and workspace to the needs of a modern, internationally active company while creating additional capacity for future growth. By combining the renovation of existing structures with new construction, a contemporary corporate facility was created that offers high functionality and architectural quality.

The redesigned office spaces promote modern ways of working and offer an attractive environment for employees and visitors. Clear building structures, high-quality materials, and the careful integration of the extensions into the existing building complex create a harmonious overall appearance. The spacious outdoor and communal areas complement the usage concept and contribute to a pleasant working atmosphere.

From planning through the coordination of all project participants to implementation, HRS ensured compliance with the agreed-upon cost, quality, and schedule targets.
